Teaching partners how to use massage during labour |

A great addition to your hypnosis skills to support a relaxed, comfortable labour and birth
What will we learn?
This is a fun, ‘hands on’ private session during which you will learn:
¨ The benefits of massage for mum during her pregnancy and labour
¨ How massage supports pre and post natal bonding and how your babies enjoy it
¨ That giving massage is great for dads too (I promise it is)
¨ Some simple, safe and wonderful massage strokes for dads to support you with during your pregnancy and labour
¨ Specific massage techniques to restore energy between contractions
¨ How to massage different parts of the body dependant on where you are experiencing your contractions
Will I have to take my clothes off?
Whilst the techniques you will be learning can be used with oils you will be pleased to know that they are as equally enjoyable with your clothes on and that is how you will be learning them.
How long is the session and where is it held?
This 1 hour session is held in the relaxed comfortable atmosphere of my home in Sidcup.

How much does it cost?
The cost of this session is £75 and includes a pdf containing images of each of the massage techniques and an hypnosis mp3 - Surges with the Sea Birth Rehearsal.
For those attending private Hypno 4 Birth sessions with me these techniques can be included as an additional half an hour session for £25.
For those attending a HypnoBirthing® course with me this session can include some 1:1 time focussed on your specific needs for birth and will cost £50.
